We’re excited to have you at KPG Podcast Studio for your upcoming recording session. To ensure a smooth, professional experience, here are a few essential points we grouped for you:

1. Arrival and Setup

• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.

2. What to Wear

• Avoid bold prints or stripes.

• Stick to solid, flattering colors and avoid shiny fabrics or sunglasses that can create glare.

• If you’re recording with a partner or co-host, discuss color schemes in advance to ensure consistency.

3. Preparing Your Content

• Outline topics or questions you want to cover beforehand with your partner.

• Structure Your Intro and Outro: Jot down how you’d like to open and close the session, especially if you plan to release this as a podcast episode.

• Plan Sponsor Mentions or Shout-Outs: If you have a sponsor or important acknowledgment, schedule it into your talking points.

• Test Run: Do a quick rehearsal or practice discussion beforehand to get comfortable with your content and flow.

4. What to Bring

• Grooming essentials: a hairbrush, light makeup, laptop if needed.

• If you’d like all isolated files within 48 hours, please bring a compatible drive (Samsung T5/T7 SSD or SanDisk Hard Drive/USB-C with at least 100GB free).

5. In the Studio

• We provide professional audio, video, and lighting equipment.

• You’ll receive an initial video with live cuts 24 houers after recording stops.

• While this “live” cut will satisfy most needs, we also offer additional editing services to polish your podcast or create social media snippets (delivered within 72 hours).

6. Outputs & Formats

• Video: H.264 format

• Audio: WAV & MP3

• Project File: .dvr (compatible with the free DaVinci Resolve software)

7. After the Recording

• Your audio file will be ready about one hour after the session, and we’ll send you a link.

• Video files are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

• For more complex edits, we’ll update you on the timeline.
